Outdoor learning/Forest School

Miss Wenlock is our trained Forest School Leader who takes an Outside Learning session with each class every week, assisted by Miss Thompson.

We are in the process of growing our forest school facilities and have built a willow den in our forest school area, as well as woodland seating and are looking at developing this further.

We have taken the children to Mells this year to join in a group forest school session and will look at building this in the future.

We also use the wonderful village of Beckington and it's wonderful nature paths to take the children on. We have relationships with the local farmers and the children always have the chance to visit the animals near by and they especially love the spring with the baby lambs.
