Music

All children in Owl class have a weekly music lesson with Somerset Music each week. The instrument changes each year but we have had recorder, brass, drums in the past and this year the children are learning the trumpet.

We have a school choir led by Miss Knight and they have performed in concerts at the Cheese and Grain as well as being part of the Young Voices national choir.

We have some external instructors come in for private lessons during school if parents and the children are interested. These are charged directly from the instructor.

We have Mrs Ros Jackson who comes in to school weekly that teaches piano lessons and Danny Green who is teaching guitar. If your child would be interested in these lessons please contact the school office.
